Website Audit

A website audit that finds exactly what's costing you customers.

Most websites do not fail loudly. They just quietly leak. A slow page here, a hidden button there, a homepage Google cannot find. A website audit finds those leaks and tells you, in plain English, what to fix first. Done by a real person, not an automated score.

Why a person, not a tool

What an automated scanner will never tell you.

Free scanners hand you a number and a pile of technical warnings. They cannot see that your checkout forces people to make an account before they can buy, that your reviews are hidden at the bottom of the page, or that your best work is buried three scrolls down. Those are the things that actually lose you customers, and they only show up when someone looks properly. You get judgement here, not just a score.

What it covers

The whole picture, then what matters most.

  • Search visibility: indexing, titles, headings, schema, and what you rank for
  • Design and first impression: hierarchy, contrast, whether it looks trustworthy
  • Mobile experience: how it really behaves on a phone, menu and buttons included
  • Speed and technical health: Google PageSpeed and what is slowing you down
  • Conversion: clear calls to action, trust signals, reviews, ease of contact
  • A short fix list, ranked by what matters most for your business

How it works

From "something feels off" to "now I know what to fix."

  1. 01

    You send your site

Just your website address. That is all I need to start.

  2. 02

I go through it by hand

Desktop and mobile, page by page. A real person, not an automated scan.

  3. 03

    You get the report

Plain English: what is wrong, why it costs you, and what to fix first.

  4. 04

    We talk it through

A short call to walk the findings and what a fix would look like, if you want it.

Simple pricing

One flat price. No upsell, no surprises.

A full website audit is $500, one-time. You get the complete report and the ranked fix list, plus a call to talk it through. If you decide to have the work done afterwards, the audit fee comes off the project.

Real, first-hand work

I recently audited 20+ small business websites and wrote up everything I found.

Same trades and budgets as yours, across five countries. It is original work, not a recycled checklist, and it shows the exact problems a proper audit catches.

Questions

Website audit FAQs

What is a website audit?
A full review of your site that finds what is stopping it from bringing in customers, across search, design, mobile, speed, and conversion, then tells you what to fix first.
How is this different from a free scanner?
A tool gives you a score and a list of technical warnings. It cannot tell you that your booking button is hidden, your reviews are buried, or your homepage says nothing about what you sell. Those need a person looking. That is what you get here.
How long does it take?
The written report usually comes back within a few days of your request.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The report is written in plain language, focused on what each problem costs your business and what to do about it.
My site was built on a website builder or with AI. Can you still audit it?
Yes. A lot of the sites I look at were built that way, and they tend to share the same handful of fixable problems.
